User Privacy Settings

This page explains how DadMap users can manage privacy-related settings, permissions, and requests.
Some controls are available directly in the app or in your device settings, while other requests can be submitted by contacting support.
Manage permissions on your device
- Location access can be enabled or disabled in your iOS or Android system settings.
- Notification permissions can be adjusted in your device settings.
- You can also manage photo, camera, microphone, and background data permissions if those features are used by the app.
Manage settings inside the app
- Where available, you can update your profile details, saved preferences, and in-app privacy choices from your DadMap account settings.
- If DadMap offers personalized recommendations, you may be able to change related preference settings directly in the app interface.
Request access, export, correction, or deletion
To request access to your personal data, ask for a copy, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact our support team.
Include enough information for us to identify your account and process your request safely. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.
Withdraw consent
If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time by changing the relevant in-app setting, turning off the related device permission, or contacting us.
Processing timelines
We aim to review and respond to verified privacy requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Some requests may require additional time when legally permitted or technically necessary.
