This Privacy Policy explains how TrendPhoto collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app and related services.
TrendPhoto is an AI photo editor that transforms your photos into viral content. Depending on how you use the app, we may process account data, uploaded photos, and usage analytics.
1. Data We Collect
We collect account data (such as email and profile details), technical usage data, and images you upload for processing. Uploaded images may contain faces when you choose to submit portrait photos.
2. How We Use Data
We use your data only to provide requested app features, including AI image generation, customer support, fraud and security monitoring, and service quality improvements.
3. Face Data Notice
TrendPhoto does not perform face recognition, identity verification, biometric template creation, or face profiling. If a photo contains a face, it is processed only as image content to generate the result requested by the user.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell face data or personal data. We share data only with infrastructure and processing providers that help us deliver the service under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
5. Storage and Retention
Uploaded source photos are retained for up to 30 days and then automatically deleted. Generated results are retained while your account is active so you can access them, and are deleted after account deletion requests are completed (including backup cleanup windows).
6. Account Deletion and Your Rights
You can permanently delete your account directly in the app from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This action initiates account and associated data deletion. You may also contact support for privacy requests.
7. Data Protection
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and internal security procedures to protect user data.
